The bonfire will be at the home of Nate and Joann Farmer. They live in Thompson Valley. To get there, take Rt. 16 south from Tazewell to Upper Valley Rd. Turn LEFT onto Upper Valley Rd. to Beartown Rd. Their home is located about 1 mile on Beartown Rd. on the right side of the road.

There will be a “Vision Class” on Sunday Feb. 21st following the 2nd morning service for those who would like to become a member and join the vision of Destiny Outreach Ministries to reach our generation and the next with the love of Jesus.
Being a member is showing your commitment with us and doing more than filling a seat. We believe that every member has a ministry and gifting, and we want to see that fulfilled.
Please sign up at the information desk in the foyer of the church. Your lunch will be provided.

Worship in the Park is coming up on Sunday August 29th at 10:30am (weather permitting) at the Graham Recreation Park in Bluefield Va. The park is located off of the west Graham exit and is located beside the old Floyd paving company. You will see signs once you take the exit.
Once a year we take our church service outdoors, have a picnic, and lots of outdoor of fun!
We are asking each family to bring 2 dishes and a drink. These dishes can be a salads, pastas, a side dish, desserts, or one of your favorites. The church will be providing meat and picnic supplies such as forks, spoons, plates, and cups.
There will not be regular services at the church. Instead we will have our church service at 10:30am at the amphitheater. Also, don’t forget to bring a baseball glove, tennis racquet, ball, horseshoes, or any of your favorite outdoor games.
AND, be sure you invite someone to come with you!

Bishop Gerald Doggett will be our guest speaker during our special services Sunday March 29-Wednesday April 1. Services will be Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings starting at 7pm.
Gerald and his wife Doris Doggett have a vision…a vision to minister the Word of God to the nations by planting a church in every country and by deploying spiritual sons and daughters around the world.
After more than 40 years in the ministry, they are well on their way to achieving their vision. Gerald and Doris have assisted in the establishment of more than 200 churches and have ministered in Europe, Africa, Asia, South America, Canada, Mexico, Israel and across the United States.
As founders of Gerald Doggett Ministries and Covenant Connection International, the Doggett’s currently counsel 150 spiritual leaders and oversee approximately 20 churches. They have been married over 40 years, and have three children and six shining grandchildren.
