Pastors and Staff

Senior Pastor-Steve Branch

From the moment you meet Steve it will become evident to you that the “CRY OF HIS HEART” is to reach this generation with the exciting, life-changing good news of Jesus Christ.
He preaches the Word of God with great joy and power. His humor and warmth is refreshing, allowing the listener to both laugh and cry, as they are challenged in their walk with the Lord. He moves in a prophetic anointing and the word of knowledge, and is an experienced worship leader and soloist. Steve graduated from Emmanuel College School of Christian Ministries in 1978. He served as Church Education Ministries (CEM) Director for the Sonshine Network Ministries, and presently serves as Senior Pastor at Destiny Outreach Ministries, Tazewell, Virginia.

In the past he has served in Youth ministry and as a senior Pastor. His unique style of ministry will touch people of all ages. Pastor Steve and Pam have been married 26 years, and have been blessed with four great children, Joshua, Bethany, Nathan, and Nicole.

Associate/Youth Pastor-Travis Roberts
Serving and being used for the kingdom of Jesus Christ is at the heart of Travis’ ministry at Destiny Outreach Ministries. He has also stepped into the role of being the youth pastor for the Edge, the ministry for teens at DOM in grades 7th-12th.

Travis Graduated from Bluefield College in 2001 and currently lives in Tazewell, Virginia with his wife Rebekah and their son Carter. In addition to coordinating and assisting with weekly church activities, Travis is applying his audio engineering, publishing, and media experience at Destiny Outreach as well.

Children’s Pastor-Randy Fielder
Pastor Randy Fielder is the newest addition to the DOM Staff!

Originally from Beckley, WV, he has lived in Tazewell County for 27 years with his wife Tammy. They have two daughters, Miranda and Madison.

Pastor Randy has been involved in full-time ministry for over 15 years. Over the years, he has been a youth pastor, children’s church pastor, and has pioneered a new church.
